Role: February 2013 - August 2019

Gina began working on the Lord & Taylor brand as the Senior Designer of Cut and Sew in February 2013 and in 2015, her role expanded to include the design of wovens. In 2016, she was promoted to Design Director and took a more active role in planning seasonal concepts and managing print and color direction.  She was promoted to Divisional Vice President in 2018 and took on additional responsibilities, adding the management of the fabric, color, and cad teams to her pyramid. ​
